Dairi, namun kali ini terjadi di desa Sumberejo, Kecamatan Pagar Merbau,
Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara, kamis (14/5/2020) usai pembagian BLT Dana
Desa bersumber dari APBN sebesar Rp.600.000 untuk 109 warga penerima.
Dimana Oknum Kepala Dusun Blok VI Dusun Sumberejo Riswansyah dengan staf desa Sucipto mendatangi warga yang baru saja menerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Dana Desa sebesar Rp.600.000 langsung ke rumah warga dan meminta kembali uang sebesar Rp.450.000 kepada warga penerima BLT dengan alasan uang tersebut untuk dibagikan kepada warga yang tidak menerima BLT.
"Bantuan Langsung Tunai yang kami terima awalnya 600.000 pak sesuai surat yang kami tanda tangani di kantor desa, namun setelah kami kembali ke rumah, tiba-tiba oknum kadus dan staf desa meminta kembali uang 450.000 dari warga, sehingga warga hanya menerima sisanya 150.000 saja," ujar Robi Mustafa kepada wartawan.
Dari 109 warga yang menerima BLT dana desa, Robi, Jarni dan Busono merupakan sejumlah warga tarkena penyunatan dari oknum kepala dusun dan staf desa sebesar Rp.450.000 per warga, dan warga hanya menerima Rp. 150.000.
Bahkan salah seorang Nenek Jarni, tidak iklas dengan perlakukan kepala dusun dan staf desa Sumberejo yang melakukan penyunatan BLT Dana Desa yang awalnya dia terima Rp.600.000,- di kantor desa namun harus dipulangkan Rp.450.000 dan hanya menerima Rp.150.000 saja.
"Saya sangat kesal pak, jelas-jelas uang yang saya terima di kantor desa sebesar Rp.600.00,eee gak taunya sampai rumah dipotong lagi Rp.450.000 sama Kadus yang ditemani staf Desa Sumberejo," tegas Jarni.
Dugaan penyunatan BLT Dana Desa Sumberejo ini sempat terdengar pihak Intelkam Polresta Deli Serdang yang turun langsung ke desa tersebut dan melakukan penyidikan ke kantor Desa dan juga menanyai sejumlah warga yang menjadi korban penyunatan oknum Kdus dan Staf Desa.
Menurut Informasi dari warga melalui telepon selularnya, Ternyata kedatangan Wartawan dan petugas Polresta Deli Serdang ini membuat oknum Kadus dan Staf Desa berang dan sempat marah-marah kepada warga yang memberitahu informasi penyunatan BLT Dana Desa itu.
Bahkan Saaat warga melakukan konfirmasi kepada kepala desa Sumberejo Edward Manik melalui telepon selularnya mengatakan, pihaknya tidak melakukan penyutan namun mengambil dana itu untuk dibagikan kepada warga yang tidak terdata mendapatkan BLT Dana Desa.
"Itu bukan penyunatan pak, tapi kadus berupaya untuk membagikan dana yang diambil dari warga itu kepada warga yang belum kebagian," ujarnya.
Namun saat didesak wartawan dengan pertanyaan, apakah kebijakan pemotongan Rp.450.000 itu merupakan kebijakan kepala desa atau kesepakatan bersama, kepala desa sepertinya mengelak dengan kata-kata, "tidak ada kebijakan saya pak".
